Andrew says, chew slow:

close your eyes

focus taste and tang and tingle fat

in glorious food-time:

even when bandits are about,

take time.

  1. Andrew is very wise. He may not comprehend all the "programs and labels" but he knows the moments of now through divine experience. You are blessed with his divine presence to re-mind you of who you are.

  3. I was trying to think what this reminded me of and then I realized Rumi's poem of Welcome: Come Come whoever you are Wanderer Worshipper Lover of Leaving Ours is not a caravan of despair Come Come Even if you have broken your vow 1000 times Come Come Again Come ...It is the second to last line that does it "Even when Bandits are About" and then repeating "Take Time" Excellent company you keep! (Rumi and Andrew!)
